We have a long established shop in Brighton (45 years in the family) and because of this, can offer very competitive rates for all items of value. The family has an extensive knowledge of furniture and collectables built up over many years and will take all items into consideration before providing a quote to clear, or an offer to buy. Most other ‘clearance companies’ will simply view your contents as rubbish and charge per van load to clear.

We clear houses with great speed and are skilled throughout the team. We often empty full houses, including gardens, outbuildings and attics in one day. We are courteous, helpful and above all fair.

We can work with your solicitor, neighbour or estate agent. We can pick keys up and do not need you to be at the property if you have other commitments. Whatever is convenient for you is convenient for us.
